The People Bank Ottawa Branch is currently recruiting a Bilingual Human Resource Administrative Assistant
Our client is a Canadian Company that has been in the business for over 49 years and is continually growing across Canada.
Must be Bilingual in French and English (will be tested).
MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION
• Coordinate all aspects of new store recruitment
• Oversee the store recognition program for all stores
• Organize material and location for training activities
Must have previous Retail experience and Post Secondary education in a Human Resources related field
REQUIRMENT
• Previous Human Resources experience in a private sector industry
• Excellent computer skills in MsWord, Excel and Access
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
OVERVIEW
• Reporting to the Director of store Human Resource
• Responsible for coordinating of recruitment
• Ability to prioritize
• Organizational skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and accomplish challenging projects
