This list is updated on a regular basis, so check back often!Fanshawe College HR Scholarhsip Allen Professional Search/The People Bank has setup a bursary promoting the Human Resources program at Fanshawe College, London. This bursary will be given to two students at the start of the 2010 academic year and will be matched or doubled by the Ontario Government. Not only is this bursary based on academic achievements but most importantly the leadership qualities shown by the two chosen students throughout their term in the Human Resources program. This fund is in honour of 3M Canada, for the true partnership and leadership that exists between 3M and Allen Professional Search/The People Bank. 3M was chosen out of three finalists. They were selected on the basis of mirroring what TPB and Allen Professional believes in: respect and communication between supplier, buyer and employees placed, the level of community support, encouraging diversity in the workplace and a focus on health and safety. This bursary will be an annual event celebrated each October along with a Client Appreciation Seminar. Annual Fast Smarts Seminar Allen Professional Search, held its first annual Fast Smarts Leadership Symposium on October 29th at the Lamplighter Inn. The symposium was held to highlight organizational leadership challenges in today’s fast-paced environments. The one-hour seminar hosted three experts to talk about how effective leadership can take your organization to new heights. The speakers were:
Asper School of Business Annual Job Fair. The Asper School of Business is holding its annual job fair on January 21st, 2010.
