The People Bank Ottawa Branch is currently recruiting a Retail Trainer
Our client is one of the world's leading home products companies. They serve more than 150 countries across the world in consumer products.
They sell approx. 2 products every second, every day of the year.
Bilingual in French and English (preferred)
Responsibilities
• Establishing relationships with Retail Store Managers and Associates as a company representative to build brand loyalty
• Coordinating and conducting sales training/product education sessions as well as product demonstrations with Retail Store Associates and Managers
• Maintain and update all training materials, product specification manuals
• Collecting market data through continuous feedback at store level and communicating issues, concerns or inquiries to National Sales Manager
Successful Candidates must have
• Excellent computer skills, with superior POWERPOINT
• Excellent communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Minimum 2-3 years in retail, sales or marketing experience
Willingness to work evenings and weekend from time to time if required
