Key Skills
Previous Insurance experience
Finance experience dealing with payments
Ability to negotiate
Good French and English skills (grammar)
Responsibilities
Assist the Director with the review of Carnet files and ensure adherence by clients to the programs policies/procedures
Review counterfoils to ensure that all good were re-exported in a timely manner
Bring potential problems to the attention of the Director
Process Canadian claims
Prepare cheques requisitions for refunds and letters of release
Review Carnet and files for proof of re-exportation
Communication the details to the applicable foreign country (ies)
Correspond with clients both written and orally
Follow up procedures to ensure various actions are undertaken in a timely manner
Knowledge/Skills
Ability to speak at the advanced level and write in both French and English
Strong computer skills in MsOffice
Basic knowledge of financial record keeping and accounting procedures
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Summary
Reporting to the Director, Carnet and Document Certification Services, review Carnets returned for cancellation; process Canadian claims; maintain orders in the Carnet Services filing area; assists with Carnet promotional efforts; and performs other related duties.
Our client is looking for both a Junior and Senior Carnet
ASSET previous experience in the CARNET field
